Don't underestimate the importance of a comfortable seat. I bought a Corbin seat for my first GTR and moved it from bike to bike - expensive but one of the best investments I made.
An added bonus of the Corbin seat is that it provides a great backrest for the pillion offering a much more secure ride for them.
